COST OF THE TOUR The cost of the 27 day tour will be AUD 2700. The cost of the 20 day tours will be AUD 2240. PRICE FOR THE 27 DAY AND THE 20 DAY TOURS INCLUDES • Meet ‘n’ greet at Makassar airport • Breakfasts, cycle day lunches, most evening meals • Drinking water • Accommodation (twin share) • Support vehicle • Cycle engineer • Infopak • Trip cycle shirt • Daily yoga Instruction • Notification of Indonesian police authorities • Cultural guidance throughout • Overall tour management. PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE • Bikes • Air travel to Makassar • Laundry (AUD 2-3 per day) • Entrance charges for spontaneous activities along the way (AUD 2 per day) • Alcohol • About 6 dinners (AUD 4-8 per person, without alcohol) • Participants’ travel and medical insurance • Spare parts for bikes • Damage / theft / loss of items personally held NOTE 1. For a varied charge it will be possible for participants to negotiate segments of the tour. 2. For an additional charge it may be possible to organize individual rooms in some places. 3. Participants will be responsible for their own medical and travel insurance. 4. Participants will need to bring their own bikes and spare parts that they think they will need for their bikes. Bike shops in Sulawesi are poorly stocked with parts for foreign bikes. 5. Credit cards are usually not accepted outside of Makassar and Toraja. 6. ATM facilities are available in all towns on the route. PAYMENT SCHEDULE All figures in Australian dollars. Deposits Paying the deposit will secure a place on the tour on a first in best dressed basis. 27 day option: $ 200 20 day option: $ 200 First Instalment 27 day option: $ 1250 is due on 1 September 2008. 20 day option: $ 1020 is due on 1 September 2008. Final Instalment 27 day option: $ 1250 is due on 1 November 2008. 20 day option: $ 1020 is due on 1 November 2008.
